Job Ad & Profile Description
Position : Farm Technician - International
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Farm Technician to join our agricultural team.
Responsabilities :
- Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops
- Operate and maintain farm equipment such as tractors, planters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor the health of crops, identify pests and diseases, and apply fertilizers or pesticides as needed
- Perform soil sampling and analysis to assess nutrient levels and prepare soil for planting
- Support irrigation activities by setting up, operating, and maintaining irrigation systems
- Record and maintain accurate data on crop yields, soil conditions, and farming activities
- Help in the maintenance of farm infrastructure, including fencing, barns, and storage facilities
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in livestock care (if applicable), including feeding, monitoring health, and maintaining enclosures
- Collaborate with farm managers and other staff to implement best agricultural practices
Required profile for job ad : Farm Technician - International
- High School Graduate.
- 2-3 years experience with production farming facilities.
- Must be physically fit to work under touch weather conditions with daytime temperatures in the summer exceeding 48 degrees.
