Position : Life Planner - Accra

We are looking for a Life Planner for Enterprise Life.
Missions :

  • Client Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their life insurance needs
    • Provide personalized life insurance advice and solutions based on client assessments
  • Sales and Strategy:
    • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios
    • Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the latest life insurance products and industry trends
    • Educate clients about various life insurance products and their benefits
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle policy documentation, applications, and processing
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Customer Service:
    • Address client queries and resolve issues promptly
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track personal performance metrics and report on progress
    • Continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques and client interactions.

Required profile for job ad : Life Planner - Accra

Qualifications:

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent.
  • Less than 2 years of relevant experience; more experience is preferred.

  • Financial Planning: Knowledge of financial planning principles, including budgeting, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
