Position : Life Planner - Accra
We are looking for a Life Planner for Enterprise Life.
Missions :

Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their life insurance needs
- Provide personalized life insurance advice and solutions based on client assessments

Sales and Strategy:
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios
- Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives

Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest life insurance products and industry trends
- Educate clients about various life insurance products and their benefits

Administrative Support:
- Handle policy documentation, applications, and processing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Customer Service:
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Performance Monitoring:
- Track personal performance metrics and report on progress
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques and client interactions.
Required profile for job ad : Life Planner - Accra
Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent.
- Less than 2 years of relevant experience; more experience is preferred.
Competencies Needed:
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
- Financial Planning: Knowledge of financial planning principles, including budgeting, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
