  • DAILY ROUTINE TASK I was assigned to a regular course of procedure when I joined the Help Desk team. Below are the enlisted duties I have been performing during my period of service: 1. Receiving calls from clients and workers reporting issues and also requesting for other information. 2. Log and assign issues using ManageEngine 3. Monitoring and graphing for customer network services. 4. Pinging IP’s to check if a network device at a client’s end or a backbone connection is down. 5. Using Putty to check the router’s connection if it’s reachable or not. 6. Querying of base stations to find out if there is power or not. 7. Doing first hand troubleshooting checks on issues and escalate to a senior engineer as soon as possible
