Reconciliation of all tax accounts including, PAYE, VAT, NHIL & GETFL, SSNIT, Second Tier etc. ▪ Keep accurate documents and records for year-end audit and tax audit by tax authorities. ▪ Liaised with the human resource department for an update on staff records for monthly payroll for both local and expatriate staff. ▪ Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all corporate bank accounts, periodic reconciliations and management of accounts receivables and payables. ▪ Filing of monthly statutory returns including PAYE, withholding tax, VAT, NHIL & GETFL, SSNIT etc and ensured the adherence to the local regulatory laws. ▪ Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
