• I was responsible for the day to day management Efua’s Corner at Nima on weekends. Being a family business, I ensured that operational processes of the shop were unified and efficient through good record keeping and monitoring. My stay at Efua’s Corner saw an increase in revenue due to my efficient use of resources and the subsequent decrease in expenses.

• I was a biostatistician assistant at the Health Information Management Department (Records). My contribution as a member of the department was to collect, gather and analyze health data from patients who visit the polyclinic. I prepared folders for first time patients and also retrieved folders for clients on their subsequent visits. I was also responsible for the filing of folders into their appropriate sections for easy future retrievals. Preparation of the monthly report was fast tracked because I collated the other departments’ weekly reports which was used to prepare the monthly outpatient report. I was also the Pharmacy Department’s IT support. I helped them solve most of their networking and hardware issues by troubleshooting and applying my knowledge. I also assisted with system configuration at both the Records and Pharmacy Departments.
