I have taught pupils and students both in the JHS and SHS levels in Ghanaian Education teaching syllabus and also set up and maintained a computer network, including both the Hardware and Software, Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements, installing upgrades; monitoring network performance, etc. I have trained number of firm’s staff in Officer Applications and basic Hardware Malfunction preventive measures and also typed very well with almost 85% to 90% Accuracy. In addition to that, I have strong client relationship, communication and Administrative skills.. Also I have extensive worked knowledge and experienced in Computer Technician, Network Technician and Microsoft Office Applications and its related job descriptions; such as preventative maintenance procedures to keep a system running at its optimum performance level, perform hardware repairs such as replace a Interface cards, overhaul the system with a new motherboard or hard drive, remove a virus, Install / Reinstall the operating system and other Software Applications on a heavily-infected devices, after diagnosing the problems. I have also replaced the damaged parts with new ones, and reload or change software settings.
