 Over 10 years of proven industrial experiences from different organizations.  Independently managed 150 – 1000 plus employees in different organizations.  Excellent knowledge of the HR Policies and the Ghana labour laws.  Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage time successfully.  Excellent experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, PowerPoint) and HR Systems / software (SAP Success Factor, ERP, OneStream).  Sound experience in managing Audits – both Internal & External Audits.  Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.  High standard of professional and personal business conduct.  Proactive, proven initiative and deadline-driven.  Strong interpersonal skills to foster workplace and employee relationships.
