Worked with loans department to retrieve overdue loans and cross -checked invoices with respect to payment and expenses to ensure accuracy. As a Customer service and marketing personnel, I received calls and handled customer complaint and channeled them to management for quicker resolution, opened account for new members and updated customer's mandate. I re-activated dormant accounts for customers and checked customer balances upon their request. I handled general enquiry and prospect for new customers. I advertised and sell the products and services of the credit union.
