I hold Two BSc. Public Health (Health Education and Community/ Public Health Nursing), with an ongoing Master of Public Health with specialty in Health Promotion and with more than thirteen years (13) years of professional working experience in health care settings both private and public providing both clinical and preventive nursing care and implementing community-based health and advocacy intervention with Ghana Health Service from donor-funded projects from USAID/UKAID. I have been exposed to many donor-funded projects working with both local and International from Non-Governmental Organizations. I particularly have hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of donor-funded projects. The position of Regional focal person and district master mentor for MCGL has given me the opportunity exhibit my multi-tasking capability working on the field, office and virtual at the same time. I have over the years attained a broad understanding of donor funding complexities, project administration, and stakeholder engagement. I have strong ICT skills, conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, verbal and written communications, speaks local language, data coaching, collection using ODK, Kobo collect, and USAID policy and compliance. Having worked with these renowned organizations like Jhpiego and funds from USAID, and UKAID and understanding their processes and procedures, puts me at a high chance of occupying this position.
