- My key responsibilities are to assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of Financial Statements ,Preparing Securities and Exchange Commission Monthly report, Assist in the preparation of fund report, Assist in the preparation of Capital Return to investor ,Assist in the preparation of capital call to investors, VAT and withholding tax fillings, Manage and maintain the asset register, Custodian of Petty Cash and processing of petty cash for reimbursement ,Prepare Payment vouchers and submit them for authorization before payment, Document financial transactions by entering account information in tally by way of journals and ledgers, Carry out bank Reconciliation at the end of every month on all accounts and maintain clean cashbook for accounts, Prepare and issue invoices to portfolio companies. Other Administrative responsibilities I perform is to manage the CEO’S diary, assist staff to acquire destination visas by putting all documents together, make travel arrangements for staff who are embarking on a trip by booking hotels and getting best deals for their Air ticket, prepping for board and management meetings, Make sure repairs and replacement works in the office is carried out effectively and general office maintenance.
