- I have eleven (11) years of working experience within the banking and financial sector and during this i have, meritoriously risen through various ranks from being a Relationship officer to Corporate Credit Analyst & Manager. As a Corporate Credit Analyst, i have analysed, evaluated and recommended serveal loans in accordance with the Bank's credit delivery policy based on the following: 1. Detailed analysis of financial statement (i.e. balance sheet, income statement, cash flow etc.) using key financial ratios as the standard basis of analysis. 2. Identifying key risk factors and proposing sustainable measures to address the risk. 3. Detailed industry and sector analysis etc. Some key transactions, i have evaluated and recommended for funding includes: 1. A USD 50.0 Million loan facility including a payment guarantee to support Electricity Company of Ghana (now PDS) towards its obligations to Karpower Ghana Limited. 2. A GHS 30.0 Million loan facility for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of a sub station at Afienya for GRIDCo. 3. A USD575,000 facility for the acquisition of 8 heavy duty trucks. 5. A GHS10.0 Million loan facility to support the construction of a 0-25km road in Tarkwa sponsored and funded by Goldfields Ghana Ltd. In addition to my role as a corporate credit analyst, i was also the Credit Manager for Western Region responsible for supervising all credit related transaction of the Bank's five (5) branches in the Region.
