My role as the fleet manager for Ecom Group was managing the vehicles (75pickups & saloons cars) and 100 trucks of business group. Duties: • Prepares preventive maintenance schedule for trucks • Supervise routine services • Supervise and prepare truck movement schedules • Prepare trucks weekly and monthly reports for management • Planning of daily maintenance and routine service • Responsible for control and management of transport vehicles • Fuel allocation • Prepare trucks job cards • Coordinating, supervising and the management of haulage trucks (100 trucks and 75 pickup and SUVs). • Organise monthly inspection of safety device in all truck and vehicles. • In charge of all DVLA issues, registrations of new truck and road worthiness renewal of all trucks
